The One Unforgettable Attraction In New Jersey You’ll Want To Cross Off Your Bucket List ASAP
American Dream might be one of my favorite spots in New Jersey - this long-building mega-mall has so many stores, attractions, and restaurants in it that the odds are I'll be back time and time again until I've tried everything. But until recently, I've never done maybe the most iconic attraction in the complex. This would be the Dream Wheel, the massive Ferris Wheel looming over the mall and providing maybe the best skyline view in New Jersey. Built on top of the wall, the wheel provides incredibly clear views of New York City like few other places in the Garden State. I'm sure soon I'll find another must-visit destination in American Dream that I need to experience next, but for now, the Dream Wheel is one iconic NJ attraction I'm happy to have knocked off my bucket list.
American Dream has enough in it to spend a day or more here, but there's one spot you shouldn't miss.
Head to the third floor and look for the place that makes you feel like you've just stepped into a retro carnival. That's how you know you've arrived at the Dream Wheel.
It's only a small corner of the mall, but it leads to the massive ferris wheel that you can see from miles around.
You just give them your ticket, then board your climate-controlled private ferris wheel booth for a relaxing ride.
The wheel will take you soaring above the massive mall, with an incredible view of the nearby New York skyline.
This attraction is even more beautiful at night, when the whole area is illuminated in the city lights.
Before you head out, make sure to stop at Deep Fried Love, the attraction's fast food concessions. After all, what goes better with a ferris wheel than some deep-fried fair treats?
